1.1 Types of Data Collected

1.1.1 Personal Data

EzulixDesk is a SaaS-based B2B ticketing software that simplifies the technical support and customer relation management for a business by accessing customer queries over the business email. It filters the customer query emails and converts them into manageable tickets.

  • Last Name: EzulixDesk will require the user’s last name for purposes the same as it collects the first name.
  • Email ID: EzulixDesk offers User Registration and Authentication via Gmail and Outlook mail ID only.
