Refund Policy of EzulixDesk

EzulixDesk is a helpdesk software service based on the SaaS model. We provide services based on the subscription model. However, sometimes users might wish to cancel their subscriptions due to varying reasons. In such a case, they have doubts regarding the refund. The Refund Policy of EzulixDesk is as follows:

1. Subscription Purchases

As soon as you purchase a subscription from EzulixDesk, you gain immediate access to our full suite of features and support services as per the plan you have chosen. Subscriptions once purchased cannot be cancelled for the duration as specified in the purchased plan.

For example, if you have purchased our 3-Months Plan but wish to cancel after 2 months for any reason, EzulixDesk is not bound to pay any refund for the remaining 1 month.

As a user, you are advised to purchase a plan judiciously. Once purchased, use the entire plan. If you wish to discontinue the services you have the flexibility not to renew your subscription for the next period.

2. Free Trial Period

EzulixDesk offers a free trial period of 7 days so that a user may comprehend if the software meets his/her needs. During this trial, you can explore all features and functionalities without any obligation. EzulixDesk does not ask for any financial data of the user such as net banking details, debit card number, credit card number, UPI ID, or CVV at this stage. The user may enjoy the free trial period without any restrictions.

3. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not provide refunds for subscription purchases, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Here’s how you can manage your subscription:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal and charges for the following month.
  • Annual Subscriptions:For annual subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges for the subsequent year. Please note that cancelling an annual subscription will not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining months of the current subscription period.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Subscription" section.
  3. Select the option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to complete the process.

5. Renewal Notifications

To help you manage your subscription, we will send you a notification via email [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] before your subscription renewal date. This notification will include details about the upcoming renewal and instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to continue your subscription.

6. Exceptions

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests. Say, for example, if due to technical glitches, the payment is deducted twice, you will receive the refund within 72 hours. You are advised to follow the instructions provided below:

  1. Do not go back or refresh the page while payment is being processed.
  2. If the payment is not confirmed, do not pay again.
  3. Pay again only after the payment status is shown as ‘Failed’.
  4. If the amount has been deducted from your bank account, but the payment status is ‘not confirmed’ then wait for 24 hours. EzulixDesk will either update the payment status or your bank shall send you the refund.
  5. If you neither receive the refund nor do you find the status of payment, contact our customer support executives as the details provided below.
